3.3 Financial Transaction Data

Processing required to perform our contractual obligations to you under the Account Terms & Conditions — including account creation, bet settlement, payment processing and KYC verification — is carried out on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.

5.2 Legal Obligation

Processing required to comply with AML regulations, age verification requirements, financial record-keeping obligations and any other duties imposed on the operator by the applicable licensing jurisdiction is carried out on the basis of legal obligation.

5.3 Legitimate Interests

Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gambling monitoring and service analytics is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests as a platform operator, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms as a data subject.

5.4 Consent

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and product development purposes.
