These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and pkabet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the pkabet website located at pkabet.cam and all associated services, features, games, sports betting markets and promotional programmes offered through the platform.

pkabet is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. The platform provides sports betting, live casino games, slots and related entertainment products. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are included for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute endorsement of, or affiliation with, gambling services by those institutions.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the pkabet platform, used to access betting, gaming and account management services.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by the platform to confirm a Player's identity, age and eligibility before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" — the pkabet website, mobile site, downloadable applications and all associated services operated under the domain pkabet.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or operator policy, as updated from time to time.
• "Real-Money Balance" — funds deposited by a Player that are available for betting, gaming or withdrawal, subject to applicable verification and withdrawal conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).
• "We / Us / pkabet" — the operator of the pkabet platform, as the contracting entity identified in the platform's licensing and registration documentation.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Are of legal age to engage in online gambling as required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction (minimum 18 years, or higher where applicable);
• Are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• Understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses may exceed deposits in some circumstances;
• Have independently verified that your participation in online gambling is lawful under all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms as published on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on pkabet, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction governing your use of the Platform. The 18-year threshold does not imply that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan — users are responsible for verifying compliance with local law. pkabet employs age verification controls and will suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or in conjunction with other persons — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of balances in excess of verified deposits.

4.3 Personal Use Only

Accounts must be used exclusively by the registered Account Holder. You may not allow any third party to access or operate your Account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including bets placed and withdrawals initiated.

4.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Residents of certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing the Platform in full or in part. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using pkabet is lawful in your location. Providing false location information to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Contact telephone number;
• Residential address, including city and country.

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of the above details change. pkabet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration data at any time. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

5.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkabet support representatives will never ask for your password, OTP code or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from pkabet that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

pkabet applies KYC verification procedures to confirm the identity, age and eligibility of Account Holders prior to processing withdrawals and in response to any activity that triggers enhanced due diligence requirements.

6.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash account statement showing your name — these are referenced as contextual examples and do not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers);
• Source of funds declaration where deposit volumes or activity patterns require enhanced verification.

6.2 Verification Timeline

KYC documents submitted in complete and legible form are typically reviewed within 3 to 5 business days. pkabet reserves the right to restrict withdrawal activity pending successful verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the initial request may result in Account suspension.

7.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposit amounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable, subject to the payment method selected and any currency conversion applied by the Platform.

Payment provider names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on the Platform as familiar contextual examples of Pakistani payment methods. Their inclusion does not imply that those institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with pkabet or online gambling services.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Successful completion of KYC verification (Clause 6);
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds (Clause 8);
• A minimum withdrawal amount as specified in the Platform's current payment terms;
• Use of the same payment method as used for the associated deposit, where technically possible.

Processing times vary by payment method and are typically between 1 and 5 business days following approval. pkabet does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or circumstances outside our direct control.

7.3 Currency

The Platform supports PKR-denominated transactions where available. Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates applied will be those in effect at the time of the transaction. pkabet is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your payment provider.

pkabet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions and other incentive programmes. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the applicable promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly;
• A wagering requirement must be satisfied before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable Real-Money Balance;
• Wagering requirements specify which games or bet types contribute to clearing the requirement — sports bets may contribute at a different rate than casino games;
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any uncleared Bonus Funds are forfeited;
• pkabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without advance notice;
• One bonus per Account, per household address and per IP address, unless the promotion terms state otherwise;
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform.

Bets placed on pkabet are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports, markets and casino game categories are published in the relevant game or market rules section of the Platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation with a unique bet reference number. pkabet reserves the right to decline any bet prior to confirmation without being required to provide a reason.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change without advance notice. pkabet may apply personalised account-level stake limits where warranted by responsible gambling considerations or risk management requirements.

9.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of an obvious error in odds, market prices or game parameters — whether caused by a technical fault, human error or data feed failure — pkabet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed in deliberate exploitation of known or suspected errors will be voided and may result in Account suspension.

9.4 In-Play and Live Betting

In-play betting markets, including live PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament games, Premier League football and UFC bouts, operate under real-time pricing that may be suspended or withdrawn at any moment. bets already confirmed before a suspension are honoured subject to settlement rules. No bets confirmed after the event outcome is determined will be valid.

9.5 Settlement

pkabet will endeavour to settle markets promptly following the conclusion of an event, using officially confirmed results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA, UFC). In the event of a dispute over a result, pkabet's decision — reached in good faith with reference to official sources — shall be final.

pkabet is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of responsible gambling tools that are available to all Account Holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps set by the Player;
• Loss Limits — maximum loss thresholds per defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — alerts triggered after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Periods — temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 7 days;
• Self-Exclusion — a minimum six-month account closure that prevents re-registration during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkabet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Attempting to circumvent jurisdictional access restrictions using VPNs, proxy services or similar tools;
• Abusing promotions in any manner described in Clause 8;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward support staff or other Platform users;
• Any other conduct that pkabet reasonably determines to be harmful to Platform integrity, other players or the operator.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pkabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use the pkabet brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl or harvest Platform data by automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkabet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of your Real-Money Balance at the time the claim arises.

pkabet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform;
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays, failures or errors;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime or connectivity issues outside our direct control;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information presented on the Platform, including odds, RTP figures or promotional terms;
• Any unlawful use of the Platform in contravention of applicable local laws, including but not limited to Pakistani gambling legislation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkabet holds its operating licence, as stated in the Platform's licensing documentation. By using the Platform, you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pkabet's support team (details in Clause 16) to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pkabet will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable operator licence.

pkabet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Account Holders via the email address associated with their Account and/or display a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account via the account settings or by contacting support.
